If you haven't received the crystals you've purchased:
- Wait 24 hours to see if the crystals are applied to your account.
- If the crystals haven't appeared after 24 hours, contact our support team by clicking the "Email" button below. In your message explain that you haven't received the crystals you purchased.
- After you've completed this process you'll receive an automated e-mail thanking you for contacting us. Reply to this e-mail with the following information:
- Screenshot of your 32-digit Player ID (Found in the app's "About" section in the "Settings" menu: How do I find my Player ID?)
- Screenshot of the "full receipt" of your purchase that includes the transaction ID numbers, price of purchase and details of the purchase.
- (iOS users: How do I find my invoice in iTunes?)
- (Android users: How do I find my receipt in the Google Play Store?)
- Android Users: Please ensure you're sending us an individual receipt for each purchase.
